I'm guessing you are running Windows 7, and the combo boxes on the Add Game doalog don't expand when you click on them? I have just confirmed this as well. The arrow keys on the keyboard can be used to select the teams, and the tab key can be used to move between the fields. Is this the issue you are seeing or is there something else?

Thanks for the advice, yes I have Windows 7 - I also found - by pure chance - that if I click the 'team box' directly in line with left edge of the "OK" and "cancel" boxes above, pretend this is where the arrow is, this will also open the team lists.

Looks like if you click the very top of the combo box (like the first 1 or 2 pixels down), you can also open it. Pretty weird feature of Windows 7... We are working on a fix.
