    Posted: 27 Oct 2009 at 11:47am
I recently purchased TSSS and with guidance from the Support e-mail was able to generate my schedule. My problem is that I have an 8 Team Division of which one Team is a 'BYE'.

TSSS auto generated the Schedule but has marked the BYE games as NOT SCHEDULED. When I right click the NOT SCHEDULED game the option to schedule the game is grayed out. How do I edit them to make the Scheduled Games so that they show up on the Master Schedule and Website Version?

Any help is appreciated as I am 4 days behind on getting this out to the Teams. Thanks!

If you don't mark the BYE team as a 'BYE' in the software, then the bye games will show up on the schedule (but they will also take up a timespot at a field). Showing the BYE games will not change the schedule so it really isn't holding up your publishing of them. Won't the parents be able to figure out that if they don't have a game one week then that is there 'bye' week?

I was able to get the BYE games to show on the Schedule, thank you. It is now giving the same Teams playing each other on back to back weekends. How do I modify that? I posted the schedule here:

Thanks!

There is a constraint to stop back-to-back games from being scheduled (which should probably be turned on by default). Double-click your schedule in the project tree, click on the 'Settings' tab, and put a check in the 'don't schedule back-to-back games' constraint, and reschedule. This should do the trick.
