I am attempting to schedule a 3 team double elimination tournament.
 
I would expect that the number one seed would get a bye in the first round while teams 2 and 3 play game one and the winner plays seed 1 in game two.
 
Instead, my tournamnet bracket is displaying game one as the number one seed vs. Bye and game two as seed 2 vs. seed 3.
 
How do I correct this and make seed 2 vs. seed 3 game one with game 2 being seed 1 vs. TBD?

Help.
 
We run a large adult league and as with many adult hockey leagues the games are often played at 11:00pm or 11:15pm.  The games are all one hour blocks.
 
When setting up field (arena) availability, I can't figure out how to have the software let me show availability past 11:58pm.
 
We absolutely must be able to schedule 11pm to 12pm games and 11:15pm to 12:15am games.
 
Please help us!

This isn't a solution for those of us who run large tournaments.

We can't go through and setup different blocks of available ice time for different parts of our tournaments.  We need to give the software the blocks and the complete tournament format and then see the output.

By spending as much time to setup everything as a "separate" event, one loses the benefit that software (over ms excel for e.g.) brings.

any development planned to enable more tournament formats which are more common?

Almost all hockey tournaments are run in a round-robin format, plus playoff games for those that qualify.  Is there no way to a) setup a round robin tournament (for some reason, all I see is "elimination" tournaments) ; and b) schedule playoff games to begin a certain amount of time after the round robin has concluded for each division.

 
For example, round robin for Division A may end, then Division B, but the playoff games for Division A should then start 3 hours following the last possible Division A game (right after Division B concludes).
 
Do you have that capability or is more development required to catch-up to this non NCAA style of tournament that most people run?

Our league purchased TSSS version 3, 4, and 5. My system crashed and I had to reinstall the 5.o kit, and update. We had a temporary unlock code that worked but has now expired and we don’t have the real unlock code. Does anyone know who to contact, or how to work around it?

Is there anyway to customize the HTML Filenames that are generated?
 
e.g.  for Team Page would be something like tp_<TEAM.NAME>.htm instead of an ID #.
