The 1001.htm file will most likely be the first league you created for your project. The division filenames are in the 11000 range. Are you trying to link to a specific division file or something else? Web uploading seems to be working fine, but the address for "divisions" defaults to 1001.htm, but (I think) the actual file is 1003.htm. This is probably a self created issue, but I'm unsure where to look for a solution.

I am trying to install the demo but when I run the saved file it says that "I don't have access to make the required system configuration modifications. Please rerun this installation from an administrators account" but this is my computer and I am the only one with account on this computer. Please help!

Hi,

I am not sure I understand why I cannot have Field Availability Exceptions and also Schedule Start Times in the scheduler rather than the league (right now unchecking Use Existing Start Times ignores all Field Availability exceptions).

This seems like a standard setup, i.e., I have a league with multiple divisions. Each division has its own set of start times during the day. The fields are always available except that one field is not available on a certain day/time. When I set the start times for a division, the scheduler ignores the field availability exceptions. Why?

I know I can get around this by creating multiple leagues, but it seems pretty standard to have a league with multiple divisions and different days/start times by division. Is there any chance this can be possible without creating multiple leagues? Maybe this is a feature request already?

Hoping you can help me on a couple of things that are driving me crazy.
 
I am trialing RRS for a Softball Association with the following attributes.
 
3 Junior Divisions with 16 teams, only one game/week for 18 weeks
 
2 intermediate divisions with 12 teams only one game/week for 18 weeks
 
9 Senior divisions with 47 teams, some divisions will have to have 2 games/week on some weeks and some will have only one game/week depending on age and desire to play 2 games in the summer.
 
All games to be played on Saturdays with exceptions to remove Saturdays over Christmas and representative commitments.
 
RRS is loaded with 2 schedules, (under the one master schedule) one for the divisions playing 1 game/week and another schedule for divisions playing up to 2 games/week.
 
 
The real problem in the produced schedule lies with Double Headers (same 2 teams) being scheduled on the same day which is undesireable and some teams not being scheduled at all which is unacceptable (unless it is a bye in a 1 game/week division with odd numbers). RRS seems to not differentiate between a classic double header and a second game on the same day against a different team.

You can add another column to the table for Cell Phone in the contactlist.inc file. The contact object has a MobilePhone property (http://www.galactix.com/tsss/docs/tsssx/html/interfaceIContact.html#a19) so adding the following line after the DayPhone column would do the trick:

Not sure if you have gotten this going yet, but you'll need 9 Saturdays to schedule all the games unless you want some teams to double-up on some of the Saturdays. With an odd number of teams, one will have a bye each week so you can only schedule 4 games each Saturday per league. I am trying to schedule a couple of leagues of 9 teams to play 8 games over 8 saturdays for a season. There are 8 courts for the games. I keep getting a handful of unscheduled games at the completion of the schedule. There are no constraints other than each team is to play each other one time. Also there are no court availability issues, meaning I have 8 gyms committed all day for just a few games. I am sure there is something that I am missing here. Is this an algorithym to this or something I need to do?
